In normal circumstances New Zealand orders will be sent within 48 working hours after your payment is confirmed and takes approximately 2 to 10 days for delivery. Please note that delivery time may be affected by public holidays and Christmas & New Year period.
If you choose Signature Shipping when Checkout we recommend a work address if more convenient. If no one is available for the parcel it may be re-directed to the nearest post office or depot. Collection or re-delivery from the depot can be arranged, but unfortunately parcels must be collected from the post office.

Contact must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the products by email hello@dearlittledot.co.nz and return with a copy of your receipt within 7 days of receipt. Once the returned product passes the quality control check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange will be dispatched.
The cost of returning the product to dearlittledot.co.nz is the responsiblity of the purchaser.

In case of damaged products, contact must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the products by email hello@dearlittledot.co.nz notifying us of any damage to the product. Upon return, the product will undergo a quality control check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control.
At Little Dot, every care is taken to ensure your purchase is well packed before it is despatched. We are unable to take responsibility for any loss or damages of products in transit. But we will make contact with the relevant courier to track your package or initiate a claim for lost products.
To play it fair, we would like advise you to choose carefully, we do not give refund simply because you changed your mind. Sale products will not be exchanged or refunded. Sale products are final sale only.
If you purchased our products from a retail store, please contact the store for their independent refunds & exchange policy.
